This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 03.11.2017 passed in WPC No. 2926 of 2017.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor in the writ petition No. WPC No. 2926 of 2017 to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 03.11.2017.

The petitioner may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the respondent and, in turn, the respondent in the writ petition shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 03.11.2017 in its letter and spirit expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
