Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 22.11.2020 whereby the petitioner has been shifted from Range Officer Bhairamgarh (General) Range, Bijapur Forest Division to Range Officer Bhairamgarh (Production) Range, Bijapur Forest Division.

Considering the fact that there is no change of Headquarter of the petitioner and also that the petitioner has been shifted on the same post on which he was working at a different location under the same area, this court is of the opinion that no strong case is made out calling for an interference with the impugned order.

The writ petition accordingly deserves to be and is rejected. Reluctance of this court in interfering with the impugned order would not preclude the petitioner from availing other remedies available to him by approaching the respondents by way of a representation on the administrative side.
