1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.187/2020, registered at Police Station Aamanaka, Dist. Raipur, for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail application before the jurisdictional Court.
3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra. In the event applicant surrenders and moves the regular bail application, the jurisdictional Court shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three days.
