It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the petitioner that the respondents have already preferred a review petition against the order dated 15.04.2019.

In view of the fact that respondents have already approached this Court in a review jurisdiction, prima facie, this Court is of the opinion that contempt as of now is not sustainable.

Reserving the right of the petitioner for initiating fresh proceedings after outcome of the review petition, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
