Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move the appropriate authority under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, as the case may be,

for enhancement of the amount of compensation under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
