1. The challenge in this petition is to the order passed by the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. Since statutory remedy of appeal is already available, therefore, I am not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the constitution as no special circumstances is made out to interfere in the order.
