1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 19.10.2019 in connection with Crime No. 182/2019 registered in Police Station- Devendra Nagar, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
