After perusal of the documents especially Ex- P1 & Ex-P2 the promissory note, I am of the opinion that the issue needs consideration in acquittal appeal. Consequently application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed.

Respondent is already represented by Mr. Raj Narayan Singh, Advocate, therefore no further notice is required to be issued to the respondent.
