The claims Tribunal passed an award of Rs.2,65,222/- along with interest in favour of the claimants and Rs.2,40,450/- was directed to be fixed deposited. The applicant made an application for release of amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- on 02.07.2018 for her medical treatment which has been rejected by the impugned order dated 30.07.2018 (Annexure - A/1) against which this revision petition has been preferred.

The trial Court has not considered applicant's application in proper perspective. The applicant is directed to file fresh application supported by the medical certificate which will be considered and decided by the Claims Tribunal expeditiously, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, looking to the fact that applicant has suffered accident and injuries.

With the aforesaid observation, the revision petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
