1. Perused the P.U.D dated 15.06.2021, received from Jail Superintendent, District: Bilaspur (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has released from jail on 21.08.2019 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.
