(2) As mentioned in order sheet dated 16-7-2021, learned counsel for the State submits that as per report of Assistant Jail Superintendent, District Jail Mahasamund, after getting remission of sentence, applicant - Khelan @ Khilawan Kurre has been released from jail on 30-9-2017. (3) Counsel for the State is directed to file the said report before the Registry of this Court, thereafter, it will be enclosed with this case.

(4) In view of above report, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this criminal revision. (5) He is permitted to do so.
