1. On the earlier dates of hearing i.e. 22.01.2021, 26.02.2021, 27.08.2021, 17.09.2021 & 01.10.2021 no one has appeared on behalf of the applicant and this Court has directed to rectify the defects and today also none present for the applicant in

two rounds to prosecute the instant MCRC.

2. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant even in the second round, this Court has left with no other option but to dismiss the MCRC for want of prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the instant MCRC is dismissed for want of prosecution.
