As arguable point has been raised by the applicant in the course of assailing the impugned judgment, this court is of the opinion that prima facie a strong case has been made out for leave to appeal. Therefore, present CrMP is allowed. Registry is directed to register this case as an Acquittal Appeal. The acquittal appeal is also admitted for hearing.

Let notice be issued to the respondent No.1 by ordinary as well as by registered post. PF within two weeks from today.
