Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor Order on Board 28/07/2021 At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the settlement is towards payment of Rs.15 lacs and the cheque of Rs.15 lacs was earlier given.

In our earlier order sheet dated 30.06.2021, in place of Rs.15 lacs, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Rs.50 lacs". The earlier order dated 30.06.2021 is accordingly modified that in place of "Rs.50 lacs", it shall be read as "Rs.15 lacs".

On the last date of hearing, time was granted to the appellant to verify whether amount under cheque of Rs.15 lacs has been received by her. The appellant appearing in person through video conferencing states that she has received the amount of Rs.15 lacs in her account under the cheque which were earlier received by her and payable on 25.07.2021. Considering the aforesaid submission, the application for withdrawal

filed by the appellant, we are inclined to allow the application. Accordingly, application for withdrawal of the appeal is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
