This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.08/2017 registered at Police Station- Suregaon, District Balod (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3

(1) (B) (1), 3 (2) (5) of Schedule Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive bail application after examination of the prosecutrix.
