2. The challenge made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to the suspension order dated 29.06.2020 (Annexure P/1) whereby the operation of the Fair Price Shop of the petitioner was suspended by the Sub-

Divisional Officer (Revenue) Ramanujganj Distt. Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) i.e. respondent No. 4.

3. Learned State counsel submits that after the suspension order was passed on 29.06.2020, the petitioner was served with a show cause notice on 01.07.2020 and thereafter the order of cancellation of the Fair Price Shop was passed on 14.10.2020 by the Divisional Officer (Revenue) Ramanujganj Distt. Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) i.e. respondent No. 4.

4. In view of this, since the final order has already been passed, the petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy available to him under the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

5. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
