Heard on application for restoration of WPC No. 811 of 2018 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 04.10.2021.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 04.10.2021 passed in WPC No. 811 of 2018 is recalled. Consequently, WPC No. 811 of 2018 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
