This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.145 of 2015, registered at Police Station-Pussour, District Raigarh (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 34(2) and 59A of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after disposal of three criminal cases relating to excise act.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
