(3) of Cr.P.C. seeking for grant of leave to appeal. Considering the evidences which have come on record and the impugned order, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case is made out for grant of leave to appeal.

Accordingly, the present CrMP is allowed. Leave as prayed for is granted. Office is directed to register the case as a regular Acquittal Appeal.

Heard the Acquittal Appeal on admission.

Let notice be issued to the respondents 1 to 4 by ordinary as well as registered post. PF to be paid within a period of 10 days from today.
