Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 10-12-2019 On the basis of the reports received from the execution Court, it is reflected that the amount of auction sale proceeds are deposited in the Court below and none of the parties have appeared to receive the amount as has been ordered in the execution proceeding. Therefore, the parties concerned are directed to appear before the said Court and receive the amount as ordered which may be resulted in end of the dispute between the parties. The petition stands disposed off.
