Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have filed reply supported with an affidavit, in which it is stated that there is no proposal for making acquisition of the land bearing Kh. No.366, which is the land of the petitioner. The respondent have made clear statements that the Paddy Procurement Center is to be constructed exclusively on the land bearing Kh. No. 367, which is a government land. Hence, looking to the statement made by the respondents this petition may be disposed off.

Learned State counsel prays for passing of appropriate order. 3.

After considering on the submissions. This petition is disposed off at motion stage. As the respondents have very clearly made a statement in reply that the land belonging to the petitioner bearing Kh. No. 366 is not subject to any acquisition at present. Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
