Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application under Sections 115 & 116 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 (henceforth "Code, 1959") is pending consideration since 23.01.2018 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. 3.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2- Additional Tahsildar, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application under Sections 115 & 116 of the Code, 1959 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and the authority concerned is free to decide the petitioner's application on its own merit in accordance with law. 5.
