1. The Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents till date have not considered and taken a final decision for grant of compassionate. The petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment on the death of her father late Santosh Kumar Sharma who died in harness working as Headmaster of Govt. Primary School, Melnadeeh, Block, Kota,

District Bilaspur (CG).

Given the said limited dispute which the petitioner has raised, let the respondents take a decision on the pending application of the petitioner seeking for compassionate appointment within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
