1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 16.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 3749 of 2019.

2. Considering the facts & circumstances of the case and the contents that the Applicants have filed, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the Applicants are granted further three months time to comply with the order as such the MCC stands allowed. The period for compliance of the order dated 16.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 3749 of 2019 stands extended for a further period of 90 days starting from today.

3. If the Applicants are unable to comply with the direction given by this Court, it would be at their own risk.
