2. The petitioner/defendant's application under Order 13 Rule 10 of the CPC has been disposed of stating that the petitioner / defendant may file certified copy of the said documents against which this writ petition has been preferred.
3. The trial Court has granted liberty to the petitioner to file certified copy. The petitioner may prefer certified copy of the said documents and thereafter, if it appears to the court that certified copy would not serve the purpose, the petitioner may repeat the application for calling of the record and in that event, that would be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
