(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 213/2012 registered at Police Station Akaltara, District Janjgir-Champa for the offences punishable under Sections 379 & 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which applicant and other co-accused persons have stolen property held by CCI and consequent recovery from the
applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Therefore, the bail application is rejected.
