1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition pleading therein that they have already moved an application for extension of parole period but the authorities have not decided their applications till date.

2. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority by way of filing a reminder application

and a direction may be issued for considering his application at the earliest.

3. The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if any reminder application is filed by the petitioner that may be considered at the earliest.
