2. On due consideration, delay of 49 days in filing the present Cr.M.P. is condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 is allowed.

3. The trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Sections 304 & 308 of IPC.

4. Considering the evidence available on record accused was

CRMP No. 2003 of 2019 driving the vehicle at the relevant time in rash and negligent manner, we are satisfied that present is a fit case for grant of leave to appeal. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is allowed.
