1. Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P-1 the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the impugned order, the services of petitioner on promotion have been shifted from Sonhat, District Koriya to Khadgawan, District Koriya.
2. The solitary contention of petitioner is that the respondent State had issued a circular during the COVID period to ensure accommodating the persons who have been promoted in between as far as possible
at the same place where they are working on the feeder post by upgrading the post.
3. The petitioner has already made representations in this regard to the respondent authorities and those representations are still pending consideration before the authorities particularly respondent no.4.
4. Without expressing any opinion on merits, considering the fact that the order of promotion is dated 30.06.2021 and the present writ petition has been filed only after about 4 months i.e. in October, 2021, the present writ petition as of now stands disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation of petitioner in accordance with the rules at the earliest.
