1. Present petition has been brought praying for issuance of writ of mandamus and also for quashing impugned notices-cum-letters dated 25.7.2017, 28.7.2017, 8.5.2018, 31.7.2019 & 16.1.2020 along with other reliefs.
2. It is submitted that the respondents No.2 & 3-SECL has stopped release of the rakes of coal in the light of the decision taken by Coal India Limited on 8.11.2019 and the SECL was directed to file fresh rake programme in respect of the petitioner concerned. In the similar line, the petitions have been disposed off earlier by this Court, hence, there is limited request by the counsel for petitioner, that this petition may be disposed off with appropriate direction.
3. Learned counsel representing for State/respondent No.1 & respondents No.5, they have no objection if the case is dispose off with a direction.
4. Considered on the submissions.
5. The petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate application before respondents No.1, 2 & 3 within a time of 15 days. Respondents No.1, 2 & 3 are then directed to consider on the representation filed and disposed off the same at the earliest within a period of 60 days from today.
