1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.112/2015 {ST No.5/2015 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Ambikapur}, registered at Police Station Batwali, Distt. Balarampur, for the offence punishable under Sections 341 (twice), 294 (twice), 323 (twice), 376 (?k) and 506B of the IPC.

2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case and evidence available, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the applicants. The application is, therefore, rejected. However, keeping in view the fact that three witnesses have already been examined, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
