1. Dispute agitated in this petition pertains to the validity of the demarcation carried out by the Revenue Authorities. According to the petitioner, the demarcation was not carried in accordance with law.

2. Admittedly, a suit for recovery of possession has already been preferred the respondent No.1 before the jurisdictional civil Court at Raipur. Since civil suit pertaining to the same land is pending consideration, the matter in issue can be agitated by the petitioner before the Civil Court.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
