The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has not been paid the salary from September, 2018 onwards. 2.
According to the petitioner, he stood transferred from R.E.S. Sub Division Premnagar, District Surajpur to Janpad Panchayat Pali, District Korba vide order dated 10.09.2018. The petitioner was relieved on 22.09.2018 and he gave his joining on 27.09.2019, since then the petitioner is working uninterruptedly at Janpad Panchayat, Pali.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been working since September, 2018 at Janpad Panchayat Pali, till date his salary
-2has not been released, though there are various correspondences made within the Department by the Departmental Authorities. 4.
Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the respondents No.1 & 2 consider the grievance of the petitioner, so far as non-releasing of the salary is concerned, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The respondent authorities should ensure that the salary is released under any circumstances within the said period, failing which the amount shall carry interest @ 12% per annum from the date the actual payment was to made. 5.
