Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the civil suit filed by the petitioner / plaintiff is pending consideration before the trial Court since 07.11.2012 and there is not substantial progress in the trial. Therefore, the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial of the suit. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer is fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to hear and conclude the trial of the suit filed by the petitioner / plaintiff expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
