This is a repeat bail application. Earlier, bail application was disposed off by this Court on 11/05/2018 with liberty to revive. 1.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the bail application has been repeated in view of the subsequent events that in the pending suit, Khakra Bai has filed written statement stating that the applicant was taken in adoption. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that in the police station, Khakra Bai has given a statement that she has already five issues and there is no question of taking any adoption and the applicant herein had falsely obtained the employment. 3.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The application is accordingly rejected. Considering that the applicant has already retired from service, the Court below is directed that in case, the applicant surrenders and moves regular bail
