(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 138/2014 registered at Police Station 367, 366A,376 &370/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

(2) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which applicant is said to have abducted the minor

prosecutrix and committed sexual intercourse with her; I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
