1. The limited relief that the petitioner has raised sought for in the present Writ Petition is for appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 6 to ensure that the order of transfer in favour of the petitioner stands complied with and he has given the joining as per order of transfer dated 12.07.2019.

2. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to Respondent No. 3 and 6 to ensure that the petitioner is given proper joining as per the transfer order dated 12.07.2019, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the Respondent No. 4 and 6, so far as the Order passed by this Court is concerned.
