Heard on application for restoration of WP 726 of 2003 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 15.05.2015. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 15.05.2015 passed in WP 726 of 2003 is recalled. Consequently, WP 726 of 2003 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
