1. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II vide order dated 12.01.2007 under Zila Panchayat. Subsequently, the petitioner appeared for a selection to the post of Lecturer (P) under Zila Panchayat and an appointment order was issued on 29.09.2008 and the petitioner continues to work on the said post till date.

2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has completed more than 8 years of service under the subsequent employment,

therefore, she is entitled for the revised pay scale and also for the benefit of absorption but for some reason the case of the petitioner has not been considered.

3. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner both for grant of revised pay scale on completion of 8 years service and also for absorption in the Education Department in terms of the circular dated 30.06.2018 and the subsequent circulars. Let an appropriate decision be taken by respondent no.2 within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
