1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.7/2020 registered at Police Station- Katekalyan, District Dantewada, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302, 201, 190 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 8(1)(3)(5) of the C.G. Vishesh Jan Surkasha Adhiniyam.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same. However, he prays for grant of liberty to file afresh at the appropriate stage.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
