Heard Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this petition in the summer vacation, the final orders have been passed in this case, therefore, the revision has become infructuous. He further prays for return of the certified copy of the documents.

In view of the above submission, the revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Considering the prayer made by the applicant, the certified copy of the documents, charge sheet etc. which has been filed may be returned to the applicant after retaining the photocopy of the same.
