This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 69/2015, registered at Police Outpost Kotba, Thana Bagbahar, (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
