1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non settling of the GPF amount payable to the petitioner on his retirement.

2. According to the petitioner he has retired from the office of the Sub Auditor w.e.f. 30.04.2018, however till date his GPF amount has not been paid to him, neither is there any intimation from Department in this regard.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let respondent No.2 take immediate steps in processing the GPF account of the petitioner and whatever admissible payment are to be made from the same be cleared at the earliest within a period of 90 days. In case, if the petitioner is not entitled for any payment on account of there being not sufficient balance in his credit appropriate intimation should also be given to the petitioner during the same period.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
