1. The limited prayer which the petitioner has sought in the present writ

petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider releasing of salary which the petitioner was entitled for the period between March, 2016 to July, 2017.

2. According to the petitioner, initially she was working as a Teacher (Panchyat) and subsequently his services have now been absorbed in the Education Department in the year 2018. According to the petitioner, she has in fact worked during the said period.

3. Given the fact that the issue is only in respect of releasing of salary, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to scrutinize the claim of the petitioner so far as releasing of salary between March, 2016 to July, 2017 is concerned and appropriate steps be taken. If the petitioner is entitled for the same, the payment be made at the earliest and if she is not entitled for salary for the said period, the petitioner be intimated the same as to why she is not entitled for. Let an appropriate decision in this regard be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
