1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.81/2015 (Criminal Case No.279/2015 pending before the Juvenile Justice Board, Raipur), registered at Police Station Gudhiyari, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 377 of the IPC, 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file revision under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, against the order dated 25-6-2015.
