At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the petition, the petitioners have applied for consideration of their cases for regularization on a lower post and he prays that at this stage, the petition may be disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider this limited prayer.

In view of what has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners, reserving liberty to the petitioners to pursue their representation for grant of regularization on a lower post, the petition, at this stage, is disposed off.
