1. This petition has been brought for issuance of direction to the learned Family Court, Raipur, C.G.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. on 26.08.2019. The case is pending without any progress so far even though the respondent is being proceeded ex-parte. Therefore, it is prayed that specific direction may be issued.

-23. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

4. Learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in the case of the petitioner and conclude the same preferably within a period of 03 months.
