Order On Board 23/09/2015 Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail on the submission that other co-accused, from whom kerosene was seized, has already been granted regular bail. He prays that the Court below may be directed to consider his application on the same date. Considering the submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to apply for grant of regular bail. In case, regular bail application is moved, the same shall be considered by the Court below, if possible, on the same date or within three days, considering the age of the applicant.
