1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.195/2015, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Mahasamund, Distt. Mahasamund, for the offence punishable under Sections 407, 420, 411, 467, 468, 471, 379, 120B and 201 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat after the material prosecution witnesses are examined.
