Perused the statement of the complainant PW-8 and seizure documents. Considering the same, leave to appeal is allowed. Registry is directed to register the case as Acquittal Appeal. Since the respondent has already entered his appearance through his counsel, no further notice is required.

The respondent is directed to furnish a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- before the trial Court within a period of one month from today so that his presence may be procured in this appeal before this Court as and when needed.
